

Sarah Isabey is a Junior Consultant at Sinolytics, specializing in geoeconomic trends in EU–U.S.–China relations as well as semiconductor policy and technology trends. She is currently pursuing a dual-degree Master’s in Public Policy at Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), with a focus on economics, security, and finance.
Sarah has gained professional experience across the public, private, and think tank sectors, including at Siemens, Institut Montaigne, the German Institute in Taipei, and the German Bundestag. Her work focuses on European economic security policy, the semiconductor industry, clean technology, and U.S.–China tariff regimes. She is fluent in German, French, and English, and also speaks Mandarin Chinese.
